Bluebird provides fractional CFO, outsourced accounting, and related advisory services to professional firms nationwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit bluebird-partners.com (the “Site”), interact with our services, book meetings, download resources, communicate with us (including via SMS/text), or otherwise engage with Bluebird (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., SSN, health data). Please avoid submitting confidential client information through public web forms.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., checking an opt-in box on a form, texting a designated keyword, or clicking a confirmed-opt-in link), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from L&S Partners LLC (d/b/a Bluebird Partners) regarding appointments, account/service updates, and optional marketing.

Your mobile number is used only by L&S Partners LLC (d/b/a Bluebird Partners) to deliver the SMS messages you have opted in to receive and to maintain records of consent and opt-out.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: (i) contract (to provide Services you request); (ii) legitimate interests (service improvement, security, B2B marketing); (iii) consent (where required for email/SMS marketing, cookies); and/or (iv) legal obligations.

We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own independent marketing.

We retain information as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/compliance obligations (including A2P 10DLC consent logs), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer necessary, we delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention policy.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

Our systems may process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.

12. California & U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident (or a resident of states with similar laws, e.g., CO/CT/VA/UT), you may have rights to:
