Erin Ludwig
Co-Founder
Before starting Ease Back Office, Erin began her accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent seven years in their audit practice. She transitioned into working in-house for a number of public and private companies, which led her to develop her own consulting practice providing outsource accounting services. Erin has an active CPA license in California and a BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
With the expertise she has gained through her previous roles, Erin is able to guide Ease’s clients through all their accounting needs with the assurance they are receiving the highest quality service.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys being active outdoors with friends and family, from cycling to hiking to swimming and more.
Steven Swagel
Co-Founder
A California native, Steven started his career in banking in New York City and Paris, France. He then spent five years with Xerox Corporation as an international controller role both in the UK and Stamford, CT.
Steven moved on to become the CFO for several startup and early-stage technology and life science companies both in the United States and France. Before moving back to Orange County to become CFO for a mid-market business services company, he acquired and operated a small furniture manufacturing company in France. Steven has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from INSEAD, and is fluent in French.
Steven uses his skills and knowledge from his previous experience to deliver the highest level of service for Ease’s clients, and ensures their back office operations are handled with the utmost care.
